Dr. Chia-Jeng (CJ) Chen is currently a Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at National Chung Hsing University (NCHU). Dr. Chen’s areas of expertise include 1) hydro-climatic modeling and forecasting, 2) regional catastrophe modeling and risk assessments, 3) climate risk assessments, and 4) remote sensing applications. Dr. Chen is currently an advisory committee of Team 2 (water resources).
