Dr. Jian-Ming Liau is the Director of the Marine Industry and Engineering Research Center at the National Academy of Marine Research (NAMR). In Team 1 of the TCCIP project, Dr. Liau's responsibilities include coordinating plan integration, spearheading model development, and conducting data validation and analysis.
