Dr. Pei-Hung Chen is the Assistant Research Fellow of the Marine Industry and Engineering Research Center at the National Academy of Marine Research (NAMR). In Team 1 of the TCCIP project, Dr. Chen is entrusted with the following tasks: regional modeling, conducting numerical simulations of 40-year historical ocean currents, and performing data analysis.
