Hung-Wei Tseng is responsible for addressing the water resources issues of Team2's tasks. He focuses on assessing the impact of climate change on various water resources related topics, including: rainfall characteristics analysis, rainfall-runoff modeling, runoff characteristics analysis, water resources system analysis, drought analysis, design drought and back-up planning.
