  Self Introduction

Dr. Lee-Yaw Lin works as the deputy director of the National Science and Technology Center for Disaster Reduction. He is familiar with the disaster prevention and reduction issues. He promotes the research and development of related technologies to meet the needs of disaster prevention and reduction in our country. Serve as the project host in the TCCIP project, he is responsible for guiding and planning the direction of the project and the control of the results and for making appropriate division of labor, authorization and supervision for researchers and groups. Facing the topic of climate change, Dr. Lin has a Ph.D. in atmospheric background. His research interests include the simulation and analysis of extreme weather events under climate change, and the numerical simulation and analysis of typhoons. Combined with his experience in disaster reduction research, he can well master the operation and management of climate change adaptation issues and the planning of the plan.
