This section presents the introductory and advance level adaptation knowledge involved when promoting adaptation actions. This includes adaptation frameworks, cases studies and tools.
Adaptation methodology serves as the framework and guidance followed in advancing adaptation efforts, primarily elucidating the core tasks and concepts of adaptation. In the past, it was often presented in a step-by-step manner, but in recent years, there has been a greater emphasis on flexibility in implementation, often adopting non-sequential principles.
Adaptation tools refer to the international development or team-developed impact assessment, data processing, and adaptation option evaluation tools used in the process of promoting adaptation research across various domains in the TCCIP program.
Adaptation action is the most fundamental step in response to climate change. This database compiles domestic and international disaster reduction and adaptation methods related to climate change. By showcasing global practices and relevant experiences in addressing various climate change issues, it assists in inspiring contemplation and experimentation in adaptation promotion in our country.
