The interesting topics of Dr. Shihao Su's research team in recent years can be roughly divided into five directions: 1. Applying data science/machine-learning technologies to atmospheric science research; 2. The development and development of new observation strategies and instrument data correction ; 3. Development of the climatology statistical analysis methods, event detection methods, and early warning technology for high-impact weather events; 4. the variation of typhoon movements and the dynamic mechanisms; 5. Application of high-resolution numerical models and development of analysis technology. Responsible for the development of AI/machine learning downscaling method in this project.
