Innundation Whole Taiwan RCP8.5 Mid-Century Change rate of total rain, top 30%

Under the RCP8.5 scenario in the mid-century, it can be observed that in Taiwan, the northern and central regions show a decreasing trend of the top 30% of events in terms of total accumulated rainfall, while the southern and eastern regions show an increase. Looking at the trend of rainfall, the baseline average is around 296mm, and in the mid-century, it's around 281mm, indicating a slight overall decrease. The overall range of total accumulated rainfall values is broader in the baseline period compared to the mid-century.
