整合氣候變遷調適的基本概念、類型與跨平台資源,可作為快速了解氣候變遷調適知識之入門參考

隨著氣候變遷風險加劇,既有的調適作為可能已無法因應更加嚴重的衝擊與風險,因此氣候調適需要突破與轉型[3][4]。因此我們需要了解何謂漸進式與轉型式調適,以協助我們評估目前的調適規劃是否需要調整與突破創新。
